What is Rapid Resolution Therapy?

Rapid Resolution Therapy is based on the perspective that thoughts and feelings are generated to cause actions, and actions are generated to serve the mission of survive (first), and then perhaps thrive. This is the mission of all organisms. But humans are prone to dysfunction because of our ability to recall information from memory, create information in the form of imagination, and attach meanings. When the human mind attaches a meaning like “bad” or “unfair” or “painful” to information, the unconscious can interpret the information as happening, and activate painful feelings to get the human to survive. Anger, fear, regret, self-consciousness, heartbreak, shame, worry, resentment, and other forms of preoccupation are the result of this “blip” in the way the human mind processes information.

How does it Work?

Rapid Resolution Therapy is the process of getting the unconscious updated and onboard with what is really going on: that awful things happened, might happen, may be happening, but a fight/flight/freeze reaction is unnecessary and ineffective. During a meeting, you and I will engage in processes designed to resonate with all parts of your mind so that shadows and distortions disappear. It’s like a light switch that turns on, and, once on, can never be turned off because the mind now reads the information accurately.  When that happens you will feel calmer, think clearer, and act strategically rather than reactively.  

Will Rapid Resolution Therapy work for me?
