Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) is based on the perspective that thoughts and feelings are generated to cause actions, and actions are generated to serve the mission of survive (first), and then perhaps thrive. This is the mission of all organisms. But humans are prone to dysfunction because of our ability to recall information from memory, create information in the form of imagination, and attach meanings. When the human mind attaches a meaning like “bad” or “unfair” or “painful” to information, the unconscious can interpret the information as happening, and activate painful feelings to get the human to survive. Anger, fear, regret, self-consciousness, heartbreak, shame, worry, resentment, and other forms of preoccupation are the result of this “blip” in the way the human mind processes information.
Rapid Resolution Therapy is the process of getting the unconscious updated and onboard with what is really going on: that awful things happened, might happen, may be happening, but a fight/flight/freeze reaction is unnecessary and ineffective. During a meeting, you and I will engage in processes designed to resonate with all parts of your mind so that shadows and distortions disappear. It’s like a light switch that turns on, and, once on, can never be turned off because the mind now reads the information accurately. When that happens you will feel calmer, think clearer, and move ahead strategically.
If you’ve been trying to change thoughts, feelings, actions, and reactions without success, it’s not your fault. You’ve been trying to change unconscious, root beliefs with conscious processes. Talking about it, feeling bad about it, journaling, reading books, and other typical “therapy” approaches do not usually shift what is going on below the level of consciousness. I train directly with RRT Founder Jon Connelly and hold the highest certification of proficiency to ensure I have the skillset to assist you quickly and painlessly. Most of my clients experience life-changing results in one meeting. Many meet with me again to expand the transformation that’s already underway. If you are new to me and RRT I suggest scheduling 2 meetings over the course of 2-3 weeks.
Meetings are uplifting, informative and transformational. Since it is my job – not yours – to cause a shift, I get right down to it after you point out what has been troubling and stuck. RRT is not CBT, DBT, meditation, hypnosis, nor “rent a friend.” Pain is not necessary for healing. What happens during our meeting will most likely be different than anything you’ve experienced before, so I expect and respect skepticism.
